3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide a safe working environment for all deployed staff, comply with health and safety regulations, and accurately describe the required tasks and necessary skills when requesting staff.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees are determined based on the selected service model (Subscription, Temporary Daily Rate, or Bespoke Contract). All invoices must be paid within the agreed payment terms specified in your contract.
5. Liability
While we vet and manage our workforce, Maintenance Buddy Ltd's liability for damages or losses incurred during the execution of duties by our deployed staff will be limited as defined in the specific service agreement signed with the client.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
