MaintenanceBuddy is a growing UK workforce solutions startup, helping businesses access reliable workers for maintenance, gardening, cleaning, delivery, and other operational staffing needs.
We’re looking for a mid-level Social Media & Content Marketing Manager who understands the UK market and can independently manage content, outreach, and communication across brand profiles.
What You’ll Do
- Follow UK social media trends, culture, occasions, and audience behaviour.
- Generate creative content ideas around trends, industries, and business goals.
- Create, edit, schedule, and manage social content.
- Use AI for research, ideation, and content creation — always adding a genuine human touch.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach.
- Manage cold email and follow-up campaigns.
- Communicate professionally with prospects and clients through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email.
- Research competitors, audiences, and new marketing opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent English and strong knowledge of UK audiences and British communication style are essential. You should have mid-level marketing experience, strong copywriting skills, and experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, social media management, and cold outreach.
You should be creative, proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple brands independently.

The position is currently 100% remote. If we establish an office in Bangladesh in the future, full-time employees should be willing to work from the office when required.
